Wayfinder bringing up wrong link

Hello, I have an issue with wayfinder.

So, I am using subdomains and a wayfinder. The wayfinder is bringing up the correct menu and all that jazz, but it is losing the subdomain info.

For example:
https://garyatwell.example.com wayfinder finds the other pages for gary, and brings up the correct alias, but instead of going to https://garyatwell.example.com/news, it will just go to https://example.com/news

My wayfindercode:
[[Wayfinder? &startId=0&level=1 &rowIdPrefix=link_]]

I am new to wayfinder and subdomains. Thank you everyone

Do you have this exact tag in the head section of all templates?
