Upgrade 3.0.3 to 3.0.4 thumbnails

Hi all,

Did an update from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4 and thumbnails in the manager are not showing after update.

Deleted all the core/cache and browser cache, but nothing worked. Now downgraded to 3.0.3 and thumnails appeared again.

Specs server php 7.4
Has anyone have an idea ?

What thumbnails do you mean exactly? Something like the Gallery extra or just in the Media Browser?

(The phpThumb library is used in the MODX manager to generate the thumbnails in the media browser and the preview for image TVs.) Step to fix the issue To fix the issue, remove the word mixed from this line in the file core/model/phpthumb/phpthumb.class.php Alternatively change the PHP version to at least 8.0. There is a problem in the current version of the phpThumb library that throws an error when using PHP 7.4

I read that post and it works in revo 2.8.6 and php 7.4 … but no clue where to change this in revo 3.0.4 cause there’s no class phpthumb.class … probebly its in another file

Yes, in MODX 3 the file path is core/vendor/james-heinrich/phpthumb/phpthumb.class.php.
