Trying to use HotJar heatmaps on certain pages

I’m having some difficulty with the HotJar Heatmap tool on a few pages on my website. I’ve added the script to <head> area as instructed, but it doesn’t seem to be capturing any information. You can see this from our homepage.

I’ve also verified that the script is installed from the HotJar manager. Has anyone had any experience with this?

It’s not working for me because the JS is blocked by browser add-ons.

Turn on Dev. tools, (Ctrl-shift-i) in both Chrome and Firefox (they provide different information), load the page and look at the console and network tabs.
