TinyMCE Rich Text Editor not working in contexts other than web in backend

The rich text editor is not showing for resources in contexts other than the web context.

Modx 2.7.1
TinyMCE Rich Text Editor 1.3.2

Any one else seeing this issue or have suggestions.

Resolved the issue, the problem was a caching issue.
