The problem with authorization with Russia

Hello, I can’t authorize on the forum. I am in Russia, tried from different browsers, computers and devices. Error: “Error in establishing a secure connection.”

Only Tor saves

Hello,

Can I see the TLS certificate that you are getting served?

When you enter the forum serial number: 03:62:F2:D1:71:71:DB:5A:D8:C2:F8:9E:D3:A4:A2:1E:AF:CC:50

But when you try to enter the forum you can’t get a certificate at all.

Hello,

On the page where you’re getting a negotiation error, can you please screenshot the actual certificate? Or the error message?

Edit: are you in Russia proper, or near?

I’m from Russia

Hey,

Has there been a start of MITM from your ISP or Government? What version of Windows/Linux/MacOS are you using?

Windows 10.
There is a blacklist of banned sites in my country, but modx.com it is not listed. Although there is a risk that certificate servers are blocked. I can check the required IP addresses or domains on the blacklist.

Hey,

The only domain you’re having problems with is community-sso.modx.com, it’s the bridge service between the forums and our login services. Given that it works over Tor, it seems like either your ISP or something bigger is intercepting and killing the connection before you can get anywhere.
