"The file is not a regular file and cannot be deleted" when uploading a file

When I’m trying to upload a file on the filesystem (media source or not), I get the error “The file is not a regular file and cannot be deleted”
And obviously, the file is not uploaded

I’m using MODX 3.0.1
I have checked the unix filesystem permission and nothing appear on the logs (server side and modx)

Did you now what this issue comes from ?

Do you have FileSluggy or filetranslit extras installed?

I don’t think these are necessary in MODX 3.x and FileSluggy caused this error for me.

If you don’t have either of these installed - try @halftrainedharry idea here to help find the culprit.
