Hello,
Is there a ready-made solution, such as a button, to clean the cache manually without the main control panel menu?

You could create a custom Menu (Gear Icon -> Menus) where you simply pull out the Clear Cache entry and place it at the root of the navigation or somewhere else you like. You can then assign this Menu to the user groups you want to be using this menu.
