SeoSuite 3.1.1-pl + Install issues

SeoSuite updates after rc3 on two sites now fail with the error below.
SeoSuite appears to function but Extra installs shows need to install.
Hesitate to remove and reinstall since one site has 900+ redirects in old SeoTab table.
Sites in 3.03 and PHP 8.1
Never seen a “frozen service”.

Install failed with Pimple\Exception\FrozenServiceException in /core/vendor/pimple/pimple/src/Pimple/Container.php:85: Cannot override frozen service “seosuite”.
Could not install package with signature: seosuite-3.1.2-pl

There is an issue about this problem on github:

Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a solution yet.

Was able to fix this by a Remove of current package and Install of SEOSuite. 3.1.2pl
Had multiple previous SeoSuite rc package versions available and an old one running.
Main Extras screen gave a false report of actual running package.
