Redirector doesnt work for some

Hey Guys,

Im using Redirector to redirect my urls. For some reason when i try to redirect the pattern below to the directed target it doesn’t work. I have other redirects setup this way and they work just fine. I don’t have access to the root server.

Pattern
rocs/TL_Word_ServiceDescription_08212019.pdf

Target
rocs/TL-Word-ServiceDescription_12172019.pdf

Environment

MODX Revo 2.7.1-pl, Apache, MySQL 5.0, Chrome

Any chance the old file (pattern) exists on the file system? If so, the file will be served by the web server directly and doesn’t even touch MODX.

Yes it’s true redirect does not work sometimes specially on previously registered domains.
