Pthumb Not Working

Images are not being resized and I’m getting this in the error log…

[pThumb] Could not load phpThumbOf class

I’ve also noticed that I can reinstall Pthumb and it works briefly and then stops. In the system settings, I’ve also noticed the Name fields show the same info as the Key field - not the actual Name as expected. This seems also to be true of Formit.

I notice that Mod Security is switched on in this hosting package - could that be the cause and if so, what are the consequences of turning it off?

I think it would be worth checking to see if there are MODX errors in the error log or php errors on the server. If so, share any of those. PHP 8.4 may have issues with some older Extras.

I’m also not sure if there are issues with the db if packages installed through the Installer are only displaynig the key name and not the name of the Extra.
