Does anyone have any idea?

Also how can I install extras without begin connected to the net as this would also solve the issues. its does not seem to display the extras and let me install anything without connection to the net…

In MODX 3 you can just drop the zip-files for the packages in the grid (under “Extras” → “Installer”) to install them.

In MODX 2 or 3 you can also put the zip-files in the core/packages/ folder and then select “Download Extras” → “Search Locally for Packages” (in the same “Extras” → “Installer” manager page) to add them to the list.
