Problem setting up Big Brother v2

The error is Missing client ID or Secret. As it mentioned in the error that Big Brother provides default pair of Google Cloud credentials to make the setup easier. However it appears those credentials are missing in my installation. These credentials need to be added and I follow this tuorial.

I follow the tutorial and I think I am succeed set up it.

but I get this infinite load on the dashboard

and get this error in error log

(ERROR @ /xxx/xxxx/www/core/components/bigbrother/src/KeyMetrics.php : 59) PHP warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

How I can fix it?
