Problem moving install to a new server

Version 2.8.3-pl on Ubuntu 20.04

I just moved my install to this server, migrated database, all files, and went through making sure all of the paths were correct in the config files. I get the frontend loading perfectly, but get the following error when I try to login to /manager:

Could not find action file at: controllers/default/security/login.php

In looking at my previous install, that file does not exist. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Yes, it does. And I have gone over everything described here 3 times now:

Perhaps I should just do a fresh install, then import the database and assets?

Tried force wiping the cache (i.e. removing the core/cache directory)?

OMG, I feel like a bonehead that I forgot to kill the cache directory! That did it :slight_smile:
