pdoTools 3.0.0-beta not working in MODX 3.0.0

pdoTools 3.0.0-beta not working in MODX 3.0.0. Throws 500 error on frontend, with the error log saying:

[2022-03-31 21:26:05] (ERROR @ /PATH/core/vendor/xpdo/xpdo/src/xPDO/xPDO.php : 666) Could not load class: pdotools from pdotools.pdotools
[2022-03-31 21:26:05] (ERROR @ /PATH/core/vendor/xpdo/xpdo/src/xPDO/xPDO.php : 1267) Problem getting service pdoTools, instance of class pdotools.pdotools, from path

Strangely, removing pdoTools kills the extra fastField, too.
