Summary
I just upgraded to 2.8.3. Now all my static resources that are PDFs are now resulting in 404s.

Observed behavior
I am getting the 404 page
Expected behavior
The PDF file should be displayed. (worked recently, I just discovered the error today, I upgraded to 2.8.3 in the last 1-2 days)
Environment
MODX 2.8.3
Shared webhhosting account at StableHost.
