Password forgoten not working

We are using modx version 1.4.9 and have forgoten our password. The link passowrd forgoten does not work.
Is it possible to reset the password diretly in the database?
If yes how to do this?

I suppose this means you are using MODX Evolution. This forum is only for MODX Revolution.
