No results for search in collections (manager): SOLVED

Hi

If I search in the children of a collection, this is what the manager says:

“This resource doesn’t have any children”

But, it has.

Modx 2.7.1 / PHP 7.2

Hi Ludo,

How are you searching for the children?
Can verify the value of the parent field for those children?

Parent field is ok.

I found what was wrong though.

It’s a (general) setting in the ‘Collection view’ that put me on the wrong track:

I thought that the system would search content + title if you set ‘Search - Title only’ to ‘no’. In actual fact, if doesn’t search anything in that case. So, but setting it to ‘Yes’ my problem was solved.
