It’s quite impossible to say what the problem is, with only this screenshot.
Is there a corresponding entry in the PHP error log? Or is there maybe an install log file with some additional information in the folder core/cache/logs?
Is this a fresh installation or an upgrade from an older MODX version?
Also, why are you installing MODX version 3.0.5?
