Good day all,
I noticed the modx dashboard is acting wonky today. I’m also trying to reissue the SSL for my website and the web server isn’t wanting to reissue the ssl for the new subdomain I created. I have a lot of subdomains if that may be an issue.

EDIT: Thank you. I reached out and I had forggoten to create the subdomain in my web host.
Future readers, create the subdomain on your webhost provider, create the subdomain in DNS settings
By modx dashboard/modx server do you mean MODX Cloud?
As for MODXcloud ping them at support@modxcloud.com or directly being authorized in Cloud via contact bubble inside (in the lower right corner of the screen), they usually solve such issues quickly
