Summary
Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere. I’ve noticed the MODX package management system is broken across all of my MODX sites at the moment (for both MODX 3.x and 2.x).
Step to reproduce
You can replicate this by going to Extras > Installer > Download Extras. Then search or select any Package/Extra.
Observed behavior
MODX 3.0.4-pl
Screenshot:
The error reads:
“A server error prevented this grid’s content from loading. Refer to your browser’s console, manager logs, and/or php server logs for more information.”
MODX Error Log:
[2023-12-04 15:47:21] (ERROR in MODX\Revolution\Transport\modTransportProvider::find @ /home/username/public_html/core/src/Revolution/Transport/modTransportProvider.php : 352) Could not load packages for search {"query":"FormIt","tag":"","sorter":false,"start":0,"limit":10,"dateFormat":"%Y-%m-%d","supportsSeparator":", ","provider":"1","action":"Workspace\/Packages\/Rest\/GetList","page":0}: Internal Server Error
MODX 2.8.6-pl
Screenshot: (available upon request, I can only upload one image to this post)
The error reads:
“An error occurred while connecting to the Provider: [[+error]]”
MODX Error Log:
[2023-12-04 15:46:41] (ERROR in modTransportProvider::find @ /home/username/core/model/modx/transport/modtransportprovider.class.php : 276) Internal Server Error
Expected behavior
I should expect to see the details of the extra I searched for, without errors.
Environment
MODX 2.8.6-pl and MODX 3.0.4-pl, both self-hosted MODX sites and MODX cloud hosted sites.
