Hi there, and welcome to MODx, this kind of topics are more suited for the development forum, regarding your question, I’m not sure if this kind of diagrams exists, but you can get a lot of info on how MODx is built from the official docs, and bobs and marks websites. and off course, you can always just debug into the code and see how it works.
