Is FRED actively being developed?

Just a question I have had recently. I LOVE FRED! It has literally been the secret sauce in me enabling/building sites for many companies in a way that empowers average users full content control on their own sites.

As good as it is, I feel like it’s potential has barely been scratched both in terms of adoption within the MODX community, as well as building on it’s power and future with updates/development.

I wish I was a better application level developer, because I’d love to contribute myself. Definitely not my intention to present this as a “Where’s my FRED updates?” question. This is legit just my curiosity as to what FREDs future path/plans are.

I was also curious about this before building out new workflow for our agency.
