How to remove the names of deleted packages from the Packages section
This look to be menu items that you want to delete.
In the manager go to 
→ “Menus” (“Меню”). Then search for the correct menu item in the menu tree (“Главное меню” → “Пакеты” → …), right-click and select “Delete”.
