How to keep always a certain manager language

Hello. I begin to use modx3 since few weeks, after years with modx2. I’m very happy with this new version!

I search a way to change manager language, and keep it with this language. Is there a manager settings? Or other way?
I know I can change it through user menu, but after each login, I must again change it. It’s a little bit exhausting to change this every time. My browsers are in french or in german (or for my other users), but I want the manager in english…

Maybe you can create a custom plugin that runs on the event “OnManagerLogin” and sets the correct language.
