Help with Media Source Type - S3 Read and Write Permissions

I was using the AWS Media Source extra with MODX 2.8.x

Now I am using the built in S3 Media type using MODX 3.0.4.

Previously uploads using AWS Media Source extra were set Read-World and Write-Owner.

Now uploads are Read and Write - Owner

I see there is a visibility setting in the media source. It is currently set to Public. I assumed that would make the Read set World.

Is there a way to control permissions in the system settings or media source settings. I want read-World and write-Owner.

Any Suggestions?
