Help with leftover options in the extra menu

Help Please

I recently upgraded a site from 2.8.3 to 3.0.4. In the process of removing, installing, and upgrading some of the extras, the links in the extras menu still appear. How do I remove them?

In the sidebar, go to⚙️ → “Menus”
Then navigate to the correct folder in the tree (“Main Navigation” → “Extras”).
Right-click the menu item and choose “delete”.
