Fresh modx installation won't show current SEO Tab extra

Hi there, I’m working with a fresh ModX 2.8.1-pl installation, PHP version is 7.3.27, and for some reason when I try to install the SEO Tab extra, it only shows an old 2.0.4-pl instead of the current 2.2.3 as listed here what can I be missing?

This is strange, alternatively, you can install it manually from https://modx.com/extras/download/?id=5fd8698c76238c68bc1cb673
or directly from https://github.com/Sterc/SEOTab/tree/develop Actual version is .2.2.3
But it seems there is some issue on MODX Extra side, @smashingred maybe you will help here?

Thanks a lot, will give it a try, although I’m trying to find out what went wrong as this installation is basically part of an automated process that was working normally last week
