Freelancer wanted

Hello,
I am looking for a freelancer, to take care of a website. I want to hand over the customer completely to another person because my business has changed. It would be a benefit if you speak and write German.
It is a MODX 3.0.3, running on a Ionos webspace.
There are per year maybe 10 to 15 hours of maintenance.
To get an idea of your person, some references would be good.
