FormIt: Emails are not received


I don’t know why but my client didn’t received email from FormIt form. With the same parameters, I receive in my Gmail box, but my client doesn’t have one (and doesn’t want to change of course). My client has checked his spam box, but no email. So, what can I do?

Is the form sending through SMTP or better is SMTP setup in the system settings? If not, that could be the cause, as many provides block unsigned emails by default these days. Had the same thing happen recently.

How can I see this and, if so, how do I fix it?

Go to system settings under area Mail and fill in the necessary data from your email provider.
