Error installing extra's

I’ve installed MODX 3.05 at a new, for me unknown, webhost (The customer has chosen for this host). But so far so good

Installing extra’s gives a server error:

I really don’t know what to do. I’ve never had this error. Can anyone please help me?

This seems to be a problem with the server at modx.com and not with your server.
