You’ll have to provide more details, like errors from error log - 500 usually logs the error there.

I only see that and I don’t know how to debug.

  • Do you have the ability from your web hosting provider to manage your website via cPanel or Plesk?
  • Can you access your webserver via FTP? Are there any error log files outside the webroot directory?
  • Has something changed on your webserver prior to the error occurring? For example, has your web host updated PHP to a newer version?
