Deleting transport.zip folder

Can I savely delete the transport.zip folder?
The reason I ask this is that a webhost noticed a client that they have found malware on www/core/packages/guzzle7-7.8.1-pl.transport.zip;
Malwaretype: {CAV}{multi}Malware.Expert.generic.global.12.signature

I think it’s a false positive alarm but in case the client don’t trust it, I have to do something.

Yes, the ZIP file can be deleted without causing problems.

So the antivirus software flagged only the ZIP file and not the extracted archive in the same folder (or the files that were copied to core/components/guzzle7 during the installation)?
