Creating a 'Contact' form, easiest way to prevent spam bots?

I have a ‘Contact’ page on my MODX site and I just have my email on the page, for the world to see, including spam-bots, so I get a lot of junk off it. Is there a way of having my email on the page, or a simple contact form embedded in a way that my email address does not get picked up by spam bots?

There are extras like emo or ObfuscateEmail-Revo to obfuscate your email address.

If you use a contact form with FormIt or SPForm, your email address isn’t exposed on the webpage and there are a lot of options (or other extras like ReCaptchaV2) to limit spam.
