Coollections 4 beta 1 and modx 3 upgraded from 2

does collection extra work in 3 as I just tested upgrading a site running 3.0.1 with collections 4 beta1 and it does not show me the collection parent.

and nothing in the error log but

which i think got noothing to do with collections

if I change collection to a selection it works, so perhabs something in the collection settings?

ok how i fixed it

change collection to selection, then back to collection and it works. wierd but works maybe some DB issues?
