Context settings not overriding the relevant system settings

I have a site where i have a sub domain based off of a second context, the problem that i am having is that i want to use some content based off of the context settings but the placeholders keep pulling from the system setting instead of the setting from the individual context.

and i am using gateway manager.

MODx version 2.7.2
all plugins are up to date

thanks @bruno17 , but i found the answer it was a bug in the ClientConfig plugin, so we just uninstalled it and it works fine now
