ChatBot's and MODX

Has anybody integrated or had experience with a Chatbot into there MODX site?

I will be building a site for a not-for-profit that is looking to add a Chatbot to there site to mainly handle basic customer service them.

There seems to be a few chatbots around such as:

for a quick plug and play I usually suggest drift to my clients. for something more custom building from the ground up look at phpsocket.io or even just socket.io if you know node.
