Can't install pdoTools

Next problem on an other site. After upgrading from 2.8.3 to 3.0.3 (pathes and permissions ok) I can’t reinstall pdoTools. I deinstalled all extras before upgrading. Now I can reinstall all extras except pdoTools. Nothing happens, no message, clicking the “install” button does nothing.

The transport package is in the right directory and also an extracted folder pdotools-3.0.2-pl with content. Package management says “not installed” and the frontend result is a plain code (Array …).

The core/components content for pdoTools is missing.

Many error messages in the modx protocol:
…core/src/Revolution/modParser.php : 509) Could not find snippet with name pdoField.

What can I do now?

Done the whole upgrade again. Doesn’t work furthermore.

AND: MIGX can’t be installed.
Could not download and create transport package with signature: migx-
Version in Package Management is 0.0.0, released 01.01.1970

Downloaded from here https://extras.modx.com/package/migx and installed. What a mess …
