Anyone else having problems with Crowdin and „Skip empty strings“ setting?

I migrated the lexicon files to Crowdin and activated GitHub integration. All works fine except that Crowdin pushes lexicon files with empty strings to my repo.

„Skip empty strings“ ist activated!

Reading in the Crowdin forums, it seems this problem exists since about 2 months now.

How do you handle this?

Are there any other services like Crowdin?

There was an issue in the answer. Weblate is fine.
