Upgrading a Stubborn Site Upgrademodx

php 8.1
I can’t get an upgrade list to show in the dashboard no matter what I do. I’ve created a token in Github and I’ve followed Bob’s guide in terms of manually adding to the versionlist.

All I get is…

Could not get version list from GitHub -- 403 API rate limit exceeded for ##.##.###.###. (But here's the good news: Authenticated requests get a higher rate limit. Check out the documentation for more details.)

Thank you so much Harry. Storing the versionlist at the top level has worked. I don’t know why it wouldn’t work when I tried using it in the upgrademodx directory in cache but there you go.

I’m most grateful. I can’t believe I didn’t stumble acrosss that thread as I’d searched everywhere.
