Update to PHP8.1 breaks site. How can I fix this?

Summary

Site got updated to use PHP8.1 and now cannot access the site or manager any longer.

Environment

Not sure what version of MODX is running on this server, but I assume something below 2.8.1?

Before I start replacing old modx files with the latest 2.8.3, I want to make sure I am not fucking things up.

Yeah upgrading will likely fix that. If it doesn’t, track down the php error log and post the error message so we can help you fix that.
