Redactor 3.1.6 Image upload - file name missing

Summary

When uploading image, image uploads to correct directory, but the file name is missing in.

Step to reproduce

  • Click image icon in Redactor toolbar
  • Choose “click to upload”
  • Select image

Observed behavior

Broken link: Only the directory path, but filename missing.

Expected behavior

Image path should include file name

Environment

MODX 3.0.4
Redactor 3.1.6
