Permission and manager menu problem

Hello,
I’m having an issue with permissions (ACL) related to the manager menu.
I created a new menu under the main navigation,
in the permissions box, I added the key am_gest,
I went to the policy templates and added am_gest in administratorTemplate,
I checked the administrator policy and it was present and not flagged.
I tried testing by refreshing the sessions, but upon logging back in, I still see the menu even though I have NOT flagged the respective item in the policy.
Where am I going wrong?

Another question:
I wanted to duplicate the administratorTemplate policy with a new one where I added the new permissions, but I’ve seen that it’s not possible to modify the default administrator policy, or am I wrong about something?

EDIT
Another questions
In adminstrator template and relative policies there are 2 permission, about and help
about is for help under questions mark in menu user navigation and help?
is it the button at the top right that opens the help pop-up that is bugged?

Is the user that you use for testing a “Sudo User” ( “Sudo User” checked)?
If so, then this gives the user all the permissions.

Yes, I don’t think it’s possible to change the Policy Template for an already existing Access Policy. (At least in the MODX manager).

It could be that the “about” permission isn’t used anywhere (in MODX 3.1.2). I couldn’t find a reference in the code. Maybe it’s a relict from an older MODX version.

The “help” permission seems to be necessary to open the “Help & Support” page (/manager/?a=help)

Thank you very much

I didn’t know that a sudo user bypassed its access policy
