Modx FormDataManager overrite

Hey again, I have installed the FormDataManager Modx extra and now i want to overwrite the preview in this page(see attached image) in order to change all the select options and convert them to human readable options. e.g option1 = Art, option2 = Music

Does anyone knows in which file/files this happens in order to overwrite it?

Normally I think this will be in some tpl files, either in chunks or in files>components>formdatamanager
