Manager Modx - 500 Internal Server Error after cleaning hacked site

Hello,

I need help, since I have been cleaning my website from malicious files (hacked since July 2018), everything start to work again except the manager access. I seee only blank page:

I see some problem in error log, but i definetely dont know what is missing there. Of course i tried to upload setup and follow the installation process again, but that was not successfull.

Can you look on it and give me a little help where to start with repairing. It is something with Mysql syntax error, some mysql table is missing and some locale cs_cz files ? Here is my error log:

To me that looks like a few different errors affecting different TVs but I’m not sure. If you’ve recently updated Modx, maybe some TVs are using deprecated settings? This could be especially true if the site is quite old or has been previously imported from Evo. Maybe worth checking but I’m sorry I can’t be more specific.
