How do I edit items in template variables?

I bought a theme, execoore. I can not figure out where to edit the site’s contact info, address etc.
It seems to be in items in template variables for the contact page, but the items can not be edited. Why?

Are there any Template Variables on the contact page?

Maybe look at the code in the used Template. What is the code (MODX tags) for this infos?
