Formalicious Form published in database and in form, but showing unpublished in list and won't display

yes

I dont know if I have just messed up the whole install doing so many uninstalls and reinstalls today.
I did a manual delete of the cache, the package and transport, formalicious, and dropped the formalicious tables in the database just to be sure
then reinstalled, changed the two files - but still it seems to ignore it

Well I’m out of ideas.
It has to be this place in the code. The Formalicious fields are filtered by field_id and published status and ordered by rank. Not a clue why this doesn’t work.

This rang a bell and I think I had to hunt that line down in a number of files and change it as per @halftrainedharry fix:

EDIT: Actually I think that’s all covered by the linked Pull Request earlier - I’m sure making these changed worked for me.

I would just like to thank you so much for your patience yesterday. I have now resolved the issues with your help. I think I had processed your suggested changes too literally, and only applied the backticks to the two files you were referencing, when I needed to also apply them to all of the others too (you did say this in a previous reply - but in the spiral of doom I was in where I could not get things to work, I stopped changing the other files after the reinstall of formalicious and this caused the problem). I am pleased to confirm that after applying your suggested backticks to all of the other files too in the previous pull, the forms started working perfectly. I am very grateful for your time, and support.
