CSR creation error "invalid input error"

Hello all, at a clients request we need to install an SSL on their modx cloud for a website. After turning off the SSL, I entered the information into the CSR and I just keep receiving a “invalid input error” and I am not sure why. This is likely a simple problem, maybe I didn’t wait enough for the SSL to be fully deleted, but I can only issue so many SSL’s in a day so I want to make sure I get it right

I figured. Ok I’ll email them and then update this forum, thank you
