No, in MODX 2 the default value for the “name” column of the mgr-context is Manager. The same as in MODX 3.
It’s weird that the mgr-context somehow lost its “name” value, as it can’t be changed from the MODX manager (as far as I know).
I’m not sure if it’s worth to open an issue about this on Github.
