May I combine blocks, created in Mobirise bootstrap builder with MODX?
MODX is very flexible in this regard. You should be able to paste those blocks into templates or chunks and make them dynamic as needed using template tags.
Speaking of frontend builders, you might also find Fred quite useful.

When we were starting with Fred we did a few initial sites using blocks from Mobirise. It’s a nice tool for quickly getting designs together.
