Hello everyone,
I’m using Gallery extra and i want to add template variables. More specifically a date field to each album in order to sort them chronologically.
I don’t have any clues on how to do that.
Any help?

This doesn’t answer your question (as I don’t think that is possible), but if you were to use MoreGallery instead, each album would be a separate resource. Meaning you can add whatever TV you’d like on the album (resource).
Can i ovewrite gallery extra using migx and add a new field?
sure, but not sure, how upgradable the Gallery - Extra then will be.
At this point i do not care if its up-gradable. Can you tell me how to add this extra field in Gallery using migx schema?
couldn’t you use the createdon - field and set the date of it with a MIGXdb - CMP?
